As long as my cookware are heavy duty and non-stick, I'm happy as a clam
Dont use too many gadgets in the kitchen. I prefer doing things the old fashioned way like slicing, dicing and chopping

1)My lola's arroz ala valencia at Christmases past
2)Singapore chilli crab feast at Clarke Quay, SG
3) Foie gras and steak dinner at Nu-Vo with the hubby
4)My dad's roast turkey with a choice of raspberry or gravy topping (he's a real good cook!)
5)Everytime my dad fires up the barbecue grill. That would mean a carnivore feast of spareribs, chicken and steak for all
